I’m committed to giving to others what I received when I needed it the most: Help to get real, heal, and grow. Work with me is challenging, meaningful, and transformational. Ready yourself to discover the inner truth and emotions that drive your behavior and create your outcomes.

My methods are mainly informed by experiential therapy, depth psychology, behavioral therapies, and coaching. I practice a variety of styles and therapeutic modalities in order to provide clients with sessions tailored to their unique needs, strengths, and personalities. Some clinicians and thinkers that have been influential in my practice include Carl Jung, Friedrich Nietzsche, Irvin Yalom, and Viktor Frankl.

My style is often quite friendly, direct, and can be playful. I don’t radically alter my demeanor or wear a false persona when I’m in the role of therapist. My approach is to be as authentic as possible within the bounds of appropriate ethical constraints, because I’m seeking to create a genuine relationship with you.

Who I Help

I’m located near Kelowna, British Columbia, and serve clients across Canada. I put what I’ve learned to use for people with a wide variety of backgrounds, identities, and personality types. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages, as well as groups, couples and families. I help people overcome a variety of different problems and achieve a range of goals, such as:
